After Repair Value (ARV)

Our ARV program offers financing for up to 85% of the purchase price & up to 100% of the renovation costs, not to exceed 75% of the after repair value, to ensure sufficient funding for any rehab project. Prior real estate investing experience is required to qualify for this product.

  • Loan Amount: $75,000 – $2,500,000
  • LTV: Up to 85% of the purchase price + up to 100% of the renovation costs, not to exceed 75% of the ARV
  • Property Types: Non-owner occupied 1-4 family residential
  • FICO: 600 minimum

Residential Fix & Lease

We offer longer-term bridge financing for real estate investors who are looking to buy & hold non-owner occupied residential properties. A six month extension is available for this product (a 2% fee will apply).

  • Loan Amount: $50,000 – $2,500,000
  • LTV: Up to 85% of the purchase price; up to 65% Refinance, Up to 50% Cash-Out
